Senior Architectural Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and support an architectural team across multiple projects
• Manage projects from inception, planning/DAC/FSC, tender and construction to handover
• Coordinate design information with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities
• Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR and planning requirements
• Oversee programme, deliverables, resourcing and internal design reviews
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to project reporting and performance
