Senior Architectural Technician

We're looking for a Senior Architectural Technician who specialises working on projects from concept through to completion on high-end, award winning and technically demanding projects. High-caliber individuals are required who have strong technical detailing skills that can be responsible for maintaining company standards as well as producing and overseeing construction drawings on complex large-scale projects. You will be required to work as part of a team to review and deliver full drawing packages on residential, hotel, commercial, mixed-use and leisure projects. Day to day duties will include: - Managing and overseeing the Project Architects. - Coordinate and chair meetings with the sub consultants. - Produce regular project report updates.Ensure project deadlines are met. - Liaise with local authorities. - Liaise with sub consultants, consultants, contractors and suppliers. - Assist the team with project management. - Review and amend all Project Architects drawings.
