Senior Architectural Technologist Job in Sligo, Ireland

Our client is an award-winning practice with offices in Dublin, Galway, Sligo, and London. They work across a wide variety of sectors, including residential, healthcare, workplace, education, interiors, and urban design. As they continue to grow, they’re seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their established team in Sligo.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce technically robust architectural deliverables (drawings, specifications, schedules) using Revit

  • Coordinate layouts and develop full tender and construction documentation for medium to large-scale projects

  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outputs

  • Contribute to cost management and ensure technical decisions align with project budgets

  • Attend site visits and provide construction and technical support

  • Ensure all work complies with company QA procedures and industry standards

  • Identify opportunities to optimise design, improve efficiencies and enhance profitability.
  • Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in architectural technology with a focus on large-scale project delivery

  • Highly proficient in Revit (essential), with experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite

  • Skilled in NBS Chorus specification writing

  • Strong understanding of BIM processes, Irish Building Codes, and Planning Regulations

  • Demonstrated experience in producing detailed designs and full technical documentation

  • Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams

  • Full eligibility to work in Ireland and a full driving licence.
  • What you get back
