Senior Art Director - Campaigns

We’re looking for a Senior Art Director who can own brand campaigns end-to-end - from concept and creative direction to execution and rollout across channels.

Industry Background Preferred: Fashion & Lifestyle Brand, D2C & Consumer Brands, Retail & E-commerce Brands, Luxury & Premium Brands * Ideal Candidates*

Location: Delhi

We’re seeking someone who thinks big-picture campaigns , understands brand storytelling, and can seamlessly translate ideas into flawless on-ground execution .

What we’re looking for:

• 6–8+ years of experience in campaign-led art direction or brand communication
• Proven experience managing end-to-end campaign execution
• Strong understanding of brand marketing, launch campaigns, and integrated storytelling
• Ability to balance creative vision with operational execution
• Experience working with D2C, lifestyle, fashion, retail, or consumer brands preferred

What you’ll do:

• Lead 360° brand campaigns from concept, planning, and pre-production through execution and launch
• Translate business and marketing briefs into strong creative ideas, visual systems, and brand communication
• Drive campaign execution across photo, video, digital, social, and retail touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, agencies, production partners, and internal teams
• Ensure brand consistency, quality, and timelines across all campaign assets
• Oversee shoots and post-production with a clear focus on campaign objectives , not just aesthetics
