The Skills That Seal the Deal
- 4-5 years of experience in a creative or digital-first agency
- A strong portfolio with work across social, video, influencer, and display
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite—especially Photoshop and Illustrator; After Effects is a plus
- Familiarity with GenAI tools like Higgsfiled, Adobe Firefly, Veo 3 , etc.
- Sharp eye for detail, a love for craft, and the ability to move fast without losing quality
