We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of a cutting-edge AI product. As a core member of our engineering team, you will design, build, and operate low-latency, real-time text and voice agent systems.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop multi-agent orchestration strategies and advanced reasoning approaches using techniques such as ReAct, Chain-of-Thought, Tree-/Graph-of-Thoughts where appropriate.
- Lead RAG (Reasoning Agent Group) engineering with strong grounding in evaluation and observability.
- Drive evaluation-based development with monitoring, tracing, and CI/CD gating.
