Senior Asset Management Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Asset Management Analyst to join their team. This is a hybrid position with two days being onsite in their Culver City, CA office. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $120,000 to $135,000 per year. Job Description: Assist in the preparation and review of annual operating budgets and property level business plans Coordinate and lead monthly financial reviews with Facilities and Property Management Complete regular portfolio audits to identify deficiencies Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and presentations Prepare and present various ad hoc analysis as needed Requirements: Excellent mathematical, interpersonal, and business communication skills Strong communication skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VBA is a plus but not required) Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI Experience: Bachelor's degree in business-real estate, economics, finance, or accounting and a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience REF46629 LI-POST
