Job Responsibilities
- As part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, the incumbent shall provide dynamic and insightful analytics in the development of strategies to provide affordable healthcare services and support the financial sustainability of the organisation.
- Business partnering to provide financial advisory support to Business Units.
- Support the annual budgeting process, including financial review and analysis.
- Responsible for concise, accurate and timely management reports for regular performance reviews with senior management.
- Perform feasibility analysis on new projects aimed at delivering better healthcare.
- Any other special projects and ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or Analytics related field with Minor in Finance preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Resourceful, independent, meticulous, strong analytical mind and eye for detail
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Experience in healthcare industry, management accounting or data analytics is an added advantage.
- Pro-active, resourceful, able to take challenges, work independently or as a team.
- Able to work in a dynamic fast paced environment
