  • Salary up to $6,500 + AWS + Variable bonus

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Establish and implement project governance frameworks, standards and processes for hospital infrastructure projects
  • Engage users to conduct feasibility studies and define project scope for hospital rejuvenation initiatives
  • Lead design development and coordinate with consultants from concept to detailed design
  • Manage procurement of consultancy and construction packages
  • Review and approve project schedules, method statements, materials and permits to work
  • Oversee consultants and contractors to ensure quality, safety, cost and timeline compliance
  • Prepare cost estimates, scope of work and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
