Snr Executive / Asst Manager / Snr Asst Manager (Planning)
The incumbent is to support organization strategic growth and development
Responsibilities:
Support Head of Department on long-term strategic planning across sites, including clinical services planning.
Facilitate the formulation and approval of departmental workplan. Administer the tracking of progress and results against the performance targets. 
Support Head of Department on short-term strategic plans in order to achieve the longer-term goals and aspirations. 
Consolidate annual budgets and ensure prompt submission to headquarter.
Track Capex utilisation and work with various stakeholder to achieve high utilisation.
Perform data analysis and trending observations for possible areas for attention.
Extract, collate and compile clinical and management information for the department and hospital.
