Roles and Responsibilities

  • Well Versed with recruitment process.
  • End to end talent acquisition, hands on with portals like Naukri & LinkedIN.
  • Basic understanding of HR Compliance.
  • Interview coordination. Documents collection.
  • Acts as a liaison between the organization and external service providers or clients or stakeholders.
  • Processing travel bills, Sending travel cheques.

Experience >>

Around 3+ years of exposure to Human Resource functions

Education Qualifications Requirements >>

A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university


Preferred Skills >>

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy.

* Must have strong analytical, numerical and problem solving skills

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

* Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.

* Hands on experience on Excel- Pivot table, Vlookup, general calculations, formulas
