What is the opportunity?

As the Senior Assistant Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Relationship Manager (RM) to manage our relationships with customers within the assigned portfolio.

What will you do?

  • Support RM in providing admin service to clients esp. of high visibility or complex requirements
  • Assist in providing updated market information to clients
  • Handle clients' requests and instructions directly, including trade processing and inquiries on operational issues
  • May provide marketing support for RM, perform limited business prospecting activities, including client/prospect communication and seminar activities
  • Collect and prepare documentation for account opening, KYC and risk profiling
  • Work closely with internal partners on monitoring the entire trade processing, including system input, settlement, confirmation and remittance
