Senior Associate - Architecture

AECOM are currently seeking a Senior Associate Architecture to join our rail team within the Building Engineering practice. The Senior Associate is pivotal in advancing the companys development by assisting the senior management team in evolving AECOMs design philosophy conducting research activities and facilitating technical development.

Responsibilities

• Present design concepts progress updates and project outcomes to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee project timelines budgets and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate design solutions including structural mechanical and electrical engineers.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes regulations and zoning laws.
• Directs and coordinates other designers in the consultant team and any appointed specialist designers.
