On site in downtown Seattle, WA, in a collaborative office environment (this is not a remote role).
Note:
You must have 6+ years of civil litigation experience and be able to run matters end to end (notice of appearance through trial). Strong motion practice is essential. Trial experience and employment law experience are major pluses.

Job Description
Manage a civil litigation caseload from notice of appearance through resolution, including trial when neededDevelop litigation strategy, case themes, and practical settlement posture in partnership with firm leadershipDraft and argue motions, briefs, and other substantive filingsDrive discovery, including written discovery, depositions (parties, experts, third parties), and evidence reviewPrepare clients and witnesses, and present at hearings, mediations, and trialsNegotiate and document settlements and help clients execute settlement termsCommunicate clearly with clients and maintain organized, deadline driven case management Qualifications
6+ years of civil litigation experienceProven motion practice experience (drafting and arguing)Able to handle matters through trial, or very close to it, with partner oversightStrong writing, organization, and client communication skillsAdmission in Washington State, or ability to become licensed promptlyTrial experience is a big plusEmployment law experience is a big plus Why You’ll Love Working Here
