Senior Associate (Hybrid)

Role Overview
A well-established litigation practice is seeking a Senior Associate with 7–10 years of civil litigation experience to join a collaborative, high-performing team. This role offers meaningful case ownership, strategic involvement, and clear long-term growth opportunities within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of complex civil litigation matters, including products liability, construction disputes, commercial and business litigation, trucking and vehicular liability defense, employment and labor law, and medical malpractice defense. Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy, client communication, and high-quality advocacy while handling matters from inception through resolution, including discovery, motions, and trial preparation.

Candidate Profile
Strong litigation background, ability to work independently, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a client-focused, detail-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $155,000–$190,000 DOE
