What You Will Get To Do:

  • Review and authorize purchase and redemption transactions for ETF creation units utilizing ALPS’ standardized policies and procedures.
  • Consistently meet or exceed department quality service goals for calls and processing accuracy.
  • On a daily basis prepare and file daily trade logs and supporting quality control documents associated with each day’s purchase and redemption activity.
  • On a daily basis, perform all administrative requirements in order to facilitate securities and money movements to be performed via DTCC at the close of each business day.
  • Answer any ETF specific questions pertaining to the creation and redemption process and discuss with authorized participants and prospective clients SS&C Registered Fund Services’ policies and guidelines regarding the order process.
  • Administer the authorized participant agreement execution process for all SS&C Registered Fund Services ETF clients and proactively and independently maintain all AP client relationships in support of the Authorized Participant agreement process.
  • Develop a general knowledge of SS&C Registered Fund Services ETF fund clients’ products and the ETF industry necessary to answer routine inbound questions from Intermediaries and ALPS internal personnel.
  • Assist SS&C Registered Fund Services’ sales team with prospective ETF clients as requested.

  • Computer experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
  • Minimum 5 years equivalent ETF industry related experience
  • Finra Series 99
  • 2-4 years’ experience in financial services
  • Knowledge of hedge fund and/or private equity a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and KYC procedures
  • Knowledge of FATCA and tax compliance a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel skills
  • Team player
  • Deadline oriented with ability to complete assigned tasks independently
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
