The opportunity

This is a role for an experienced, intellectually curious business developer who wants to immerse themselves in the UK's R&D and innovation ecosystem.

Our client works with some of the most exciting scale-up and technology-led businesses in the UK. Success in this role comes from insight, research and timing - not volume selling.

As a Senior Associate, you'll own and develop a high-quality pipeline of R&D-rich businesses, understanding their journey, innovation strategy and commercial drivers long before a deal closes.

What you'll be doing

* Building and managing a defined target list of 300-400 UK businesses
* Tracking trends across high-growth, unicorn and future-unicorn sectors
