Senior Associate Captive Financial Services

We are seeking experienced Business/Senior Business Analysts with strong domain expertise in Basel III and Basel III Endgame (B3EG) regulations, Model Risk, and Standardized Credit Risk RWA. The role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders to support regulatory implementation, data quality initiatives, and risk transformation programs.

Responsibilities:

- Interpret and implement Basel III and Basel III Endgame (B3EG) regulatory guidelines with a focus on Model Risk.

- Perform Standardized Credit Risk RWA calculations under Basel III and Basel III Endgame rules.

- Support regulatory impact assessments and implementation activities related to Basel III Endgame.

- Translate regulatory requirements into business and technical specifications.

- Use Alteryx for data preparation, transformation, validation, and reporting related to RWA calculations.
