Senior Associate, Client Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Client Solutions to support Arcana’s clients across onboarding, account setup, and ongoing platform adoption. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure accounts are configured accurately and clients are set up for long-term success.

You’ll proactively help clients navigate the Arcana platform, optimize their workflows, and translate financial insights into actionable strategies that drive meaningful value. You’ll also collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Partnerships to align client needs with internal processes and ensure a smooth, consistent experience as clients deepen their use of Arcana.
