Data Entry – Possess knowledge and application of various software applications to include HR System, Orange tree, Background Portals, SharePoint, Unemployment claim Investigation etc.

Work experience in the functional areas of Employee Relations and Drug Testing.

Experience working with US based companies and applicable laws governing employment practices and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • I-9 Compliance Management
  • Manage, audit, and maintain Form I-9 records to ensure full compliance with U.S. federal requirements.
  • Resolve discrepancies, perform reverifications, and support internal/external audits.
  • HR Background Compliance
  • Oversee end-to-end background verification processes using platforms such as Orange Tree and other background portals.
  • Ensure timely completion of checks, flag discrepancies, and coordinate with stakeholders on escalations.
