Job Description Manage calendars of key executives, efficiently coordinating schedules and appointments across global time zones. Ensure timely and appropriate allocation of time for meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure the actions required are addressed in a timely manner. Support travel arrangements for both international and domestic trips. Manage the reconciliation and submission of expense reports, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and guidelines. Prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time and provide seamless support to senior leaders by prioritizing critical business activities effectively. Assist with ad-hoc tasks as and when required. Job Requirements At least a Bachelor’s degree or above in any field At least 2 years of relevant full-time experience in executive assistant, administrative assistant, personal assistant or relevant roles Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Presentation) Meticulous and attention-to-detail Ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills
