- Follow-up meeting minutes, distribute, and archive
CIB – Quarterly Asset Quality Monitoring (AQM) - Purpose: Portfolio review for Corporate & Investment Banking and Middle Markets
- Create package folders - CIB Quarterly Reports
- Collect package from frontline (Head of Portfolio)
- Minutes and follow-up
Management Loan Committee (MLC) - Purpose: Organize and coordinate MLC meetings
- Scheduling - Placeholder meeting set to recure
- Create agenda, prepare package and organize meeting
- Minutes and follow-up
General Loan Policy and Loan Procedure Committee (GLPC) - Purpose: Organize and coordinate GLPC meetings
