• Confirm loan list changes with PAD
• Collect memos from frontline
• Follow-up meeting minutes, distribute, and archive

CIB – Quarterly Asset Quality Monitoring (AQM) - Purpose: Portfolio review for Corporate & Investment Banking and Middle Markets

• Create package folders - CIB Quarterly Reports
• Collect package from frontline (Head of Portfolio)
• Minutes and follow-up

Management Loan Committee (MLC) - Purpose: Organize and coordinate MLC meetings

• Scheduling - Placeholder meeting set to recure
