Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for generating invoices, ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations, and handling payment adjustments. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing:
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all invoices comply with company policies and client agreements.
GST Compliance:
- Calculate and file GST returns accurately and on time.
- Keep abreast of GST regulations and ensure compliance in all transactions.
TDS Management:
- Deduct and deposit TDS as per statutory requirements.
- Prepare and file TDS returns periodically.
Payment Adjustments:
- Reconcile accounts and manage payment adjustments as needed.
