We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Full Stack Engineer to join our Insight Technology team. This role is located in Chennai

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• A good understanding of Asset Management business processes and associated data domains (e.g., holdings, transactions, pricing, reference data).


• Familiarity with legacy data platforms and modernisation strategies.


• Working knowledge of Control-M for job scheduling and batch processing.


• Experience with Markit EDM (Enterprise Data Management) for mastering and distributing data.


• Excellent in MS SQL Server for querying, profiling, and managing structured data.


• Awareness of data governance, data quality frameworks, and regulatory compliance.


• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management.


• A strong desire to leverage Azure and Snowflake based services for modern data architectures.


• Requirements elicitation and user story writing tailored to data modernisation.


• Data analysis and profiling using SQL and data quality tools.


• Documentation of data lineage, business rules, and impact assessments.


• Testing and validation of data pipelines and reporting outputs, including UAT coordination.


• An expert optimising established solutions to perform efficiently under high demand and concurrent load

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• C# / .NET Framework, Python or Scala


• Min 6 years of experience required


• Experience with Data platform solutions. Ideally Snowflake.


• Knowledge of IBM MQ


• Familiarity with SFTP


• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity / Artifactory).


• Experience in cloud solutions, preferably Azure.


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is required
