We at Wotton Kearney (WK) are expanding our General Liability team at multiple levels. If you are a Senior Associate with experience in insurance litigation, or with general commercial litigation experience and an interest in insurance litigation, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you would be working predominantly with one of our partners who specialises in:

  • Construction and contract works
  • Energy and mining
  • Sports, Leisure and Entertainment
  • Property Damage
  • Workers Liability
  • Trade and Transport

Qualifications

  • 5 years’ PQE with experience in general liability
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
  • A collaborative approach and a commitment to excellence
