Job Purpose


The job role is in the Private Markets division at Acuity, one of the fastest growing segments within the firm. This opportunity is ideal for a private equity /investment banking / strategy consulting professional who is interested in working with leading global private equity funds and corporations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Supporting a global Fund of Fund client’s Operations teams
  • Quarterly update of portfolio - Updating and managing portfolio details of various private equity / credit / real estate & infra funds. Tracking the portfolio operational updates on quarterly/monthly basis
  • Performance Metrics Update – Updating and analyzing instrument level data like, company details, interest rate details, instrument type, entry/maturity dates, financial, as per the pre-defined standards
  • Preparing Solvency Reports- Preparing solvency reports on a quarterly basis using the instrument level portfolio data
  • Reporting: Prepare consolidated client report, update template and business objects reports
  • Portfolio Data: Updating quarterly information for all the investments like NAVs, calls, exit information, and company financials in-house tool
  • Regular interaction with clients and supporting them by catering to their other ad-hoc requests
  • Handle RFP/RFI/DDQ requests from the client’s distribution team via D365.
  • Draft and update proposals using standard templates and language.
  • Collect and organize quantitative data (performance, valuations, leverage, etc.) for responses.
  • Maintain and update content repository with latest qualitative and quantitative information, including ESG data.
  • Liaise with client stakeholders to finalize responses and incorporate feedback.
  • Prepare data sets for bespoke reports and investor questionnaires.
  • Ensure templates and content repository follow best practices and support efficiency.


Key Competencies


  • CFA/ MBA in Strategy, Finance, Operations or Economics
  • 2-8 years of experience in strategy research and analysis, preferably across industries
  • Experience in managing client communications
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with private markets, financial data, and investor reporting
  • Experience in handling projects independently
  • Strong communication skills
