This role is responsible for a variety of operational tasks across the HR team, covering both HR and Reward functions. It is broad in scope, with a particular focus on operational activities, including reporting, governance, and maintaining operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Leads the coordination of team activities such as weekly kick-offs, team meetings, and the HR annual plan, including action tracking.
· Monitors progress of annual HR projects and team objectives.
· Executes key operational processes such as onboarding and offboarding.
· Coordinates the intake of overseas employees on graduate rotations.
· Manages immigration and visa processes for employees and internal transfers.
· Maintains and updates HR standard operating procedures and work instructions for employee lifecycle events.
· Keeps abreast of technology changes within the business and informs the UK HR team of relevant updates.
