Senior Associate

We are looking to connect with legal and compliance professionals for a Senior Associate – Legal & Compliance role with a boutique investment firm.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance, the Senior Associate will support the legal and compliance functions of the firm and its affiliate entities, managing legal and regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions and client-driven requirements.

Legal & Compliance

• Periodic review of constitutive and legal documents to ensure alignment with evolving multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client and vendor agreements, memoranda, and routine business correspondence
• Drafting and responding to legal notices and other ad hoc correspondence
• Working knowledge of corporate, securities, foreign investment, FEMA, contract, and property laws
