Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our global team. This role requires a solid understanding of ITIL concepts and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve a range of technical issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft products, and network connectivity.

Essential Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Basic understanding of ITIL concepts (Incident, Major Incident, Problem Record, Knowledge Article, Asset Management, Change Request, Service Portal, etc.).
  • Ability to propose basic troubleshooting and repair solutions for Windows operating systems.
  • Proficiency with local and cloud-based Microsoft products, including:
