Overview

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Learning & Development who is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and management of learning initiatives that enhance workforce capability, drive a learning culture, and align with the organization's strategic objectives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs, managing learning programs, leveraging digital learning platforms, and tracking learning effectiveness through data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive learning programs across leadership development, professional skills, and technical upskilling (including AI/digital literacy) through diverse delivery modalities including cohort-based workshops, self-paced online learning and blended experiences.
