About the Role

Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join our client’s Performance Measurement & Analytics team. In this role, you will support complex investment performance reporting for multi‑billion‑dollar portfolios, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of performance data, and collaborate across multiple internal and external teams. You will also play a key role in enhancing reporting processes and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce, analyze, and present investment performance reports for senior stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed research and quantitative analysis on investment results.
• Develop and enhance performance measurement and attribution models.
• Evaluate performance, risk, and attribution across multiple portfolio levels.
