Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site position as a Senior Associate at VLLP's Mumbai office. The Senior Associate shall have experience of minimum 5 years and will be responsible for managing and representing clients in legal cases, drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising clients across various legal domains, conducting legal research, and collaborating with other team members to ensure success in all cases handled by the firm. The role requires regular interaction with clients, legal professionals, court authorities, government authorities etc. with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional service and upholding the firm's values.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in civil and commercial litigation, including representing clients and legal support for trials and other legal proceedings before various courts and tribunals including High Court and NCLT;
