Join our Power Technology Reliability Center as a CTS Management Specialist, providing expert technical support for Power and Infrastructure across Central Office, Mobility MTSO, U-verse VHO, IDC, AGN/EMEA/International, and Classic T environments. You will be part of a 24/7/365 team committed to ensuring network stability and operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Deliver technical solutions and strategic leadership for power maintenance and surveillance activities.
+ Provide advanced troubleshooting and immediate support to resolve complex network infrastructure issues.
+ Identify root causes of incidents, implement resolutions or workarounds, and test new processes or design changes.
