The Role
We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our market leading MEA Projects & Construction team to work on a range of high value and complex construction projects and contractual issues for clients across diverse sectors, predominantly located within the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and be heavily involved in all aspects of matters allowing you to make a significant contribution to the outcome of complex international construction negotiation support and advising as “Project Counsel” on commercial, legal and contractual issues that arise during the lifecycle of a construction project.
• Draft, negotiate and advise on international construction contracts and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with partners and senior leadership to develop client relationships, business opportunities and contract solutions.
