Role Overview
We are looking for a Workforce Manager with strong expertise in technical workforce planning and HR operations to manage demand–supply alignment across engineering and digital teams. The role requires deep collaboration with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Technology leadership to ensure availability of skilled resources in Salesforce, UI/UX, XT, and Java domains while driving workforce efficiency, compliance, and scalability.

Workforce Planning & Capacity Management
- Design and execute short-term and long-term workforce demand forecasting models based on project pipelines and business growth plans
