Your Role
The position is responsible for making policy changes per the CRM request in accordance with the state regulations and business rules. The incumbent should have experience in P&C Auto and should be well versed with the business terminologies and basics of P&C Auto Insurance in US.

- Process high volume of policy update work coming in from CRM
- Maintain high quality standard
- Should be able to interact with our US based clients
- Can provide training to team members and colleagues as needed
- 1 – 3 years' experience in the P&C Auto US insurance industry
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple work types
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Experience working with customers digitally
- Excellent time management skills
