The purpose of this role is to support policy documentation across various business lines, handle customer inquiries, and manage policy transactions efficiently. This role may involve data entry, customer service, work allocation monitoring, and determining premium charges using manual rating methods. The focus is on ensuring accurate policy handling based established protocols and procedures on and providing administrative support to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyse and interpret processing instructions, applications, and work request correspondence from underwriters and agents.
  • Provide rating and processing support for lines of business and multi-state accounts.
