Job Summary:
As a Process Engineering Senior Associate in the International Consumer Bank, you will be a seasoned Business Process Analyst. You will design new business processes that shape customer journeys for our digital retail bank. Your expertise in retail banking domains—products, customer service, cards, fraud, and Fincrime—will help us deliver outstanding experiences.
