**Overview**
• Proven experience (Min. 5+ years) as a Python Developer with a
focus on AI and machine learning.
• Strong knowledge of Python programming and proficiency in
relevant libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, tabula, OCR).
• Expertise in working with Open AI and Gen AI APIs.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, regression, and
linear algorithms.
• Experience with prompt engineering and natural language processing
(NLP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to understandproject requirements and translate them into scalable Python code.
+ Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models usingPython libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
+ Develop, implement Agentic AI solutions.
+ Design and implement machine learning algorithms, includingsupervised and unsupervised learning methods, reinforcementlearning, and deep learning techniques.
+ Develop and implement evaluation metrics and methodologies toassess algorithm performance.
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learningand artificial intelligence and apply new techniques and technologiesto enhance existing algorithms.
+ Create and optimize prompts that elicit desired responses from AIlanguage models, taking into consideration various use cases anduser requirements.
+ Analyze user interactions and feedback to iteratively enhanceprompts for better model performance.
+ Develop and implement evaluation metrics and methodologies toassess the effectiveness of prompts in achieving desired outcomes.
+ Work closely with Open AI and Gen AI APIs to integrate theircapabilities into our AI solutions & Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering & dataaugmentation to prepare datasets for training and evaluation.
+ Conduct model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and performanceoptimization to achieve state-of-the-art results.
+ Collaborate with the research team to stay updated on the latestadvancements in AI and machine learning.
+ Design and implement regression and linear algorithms to addressspecific business challenges.
+ Create and maintain documentation for code, algorithms, andmodels & Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability by following bestpractices and code review processes.
+ Stay informed about emerging trends in AI, machine learning, andrelated technologies like Azure cloud, azure cognitive services would be an added advantage.
