Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Associate with experience in insurance and reinsurance claims preferably within Aviation litigation, to join our Singapore office. The Aviation team's specialism includes dispute resolution in single and cross border litigation, complex and high value subrogation claims, catastrophic loss, risk management and regulatory matters.
Team
The Aviation team consists of two Partners, two Legal Directors, five Senior Associates, one Associate, one Legal Executive, one Paralegal and four Secretaries.
Key Responsibilities
The successful Senior Associate will have experience of:
- Handling a high number of varied cases, ideally concerning aviation or shipping liability matters.
- International Aviation Conventions, principally the Montreal Convention and/or insurance / reinsurance coverage disputes (ideally acting for (re)insurers).
- Working to tight deadlines and as part of a team.
