Job Title: Travel & Tourism Executive (Fare Audit)

Location: Thane (Hiranandani Estate)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Travel & Tourism Executive with experience in fare auditing. The ideal candidate must be IATA UFTAA certified and capable of meeting production, quality, and revenue targets while ensuring strict compliance with customer-approved procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform fare audits accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with industry and customer standards.
• Meet and exceed production targets , quality benchmarks , and revenue goals .
• Ensure full process compliance with approved procedures and work manuals received from the client.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, integrity, and professionalism in all tasks.
• Prepare and maintain required documentation related to fare audits and workflow processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve audit quality and productivity.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts , based on business requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• IATA UFTAA Certified Diploma in Travel & Tourism (mandatory).
• Experience in fare auditing (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet stringent targets and deliver consistent performance.
• High level of values, ethics, and integrity .
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and structured environment.
