Overview

Senior Associate, Transaction Manager - Corporate Trust. The role is in Sydney with a hybrid work model. APAC Transaction Management comprises 11 team members across Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. The successful candidate will have experience as a Transaction Manager or Lawyer working across a variety of Debt Capital Market instruments, primarily with Securitization documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for the client and their counsel after a successful mandate on a new transaction. This includes liaising with the Business Development Team, appointing external Counsel, negotiating documentation in line with BNY standards, presenting the transaction to internal stakeholders and approval committees, and managing the transaction through to successful close and handover to the ongoing Client management team.
