This is a true platform move: deep bench, real volume, and tax lawyers who are brought in early, not at the cleanup stage. Role Summary You will run point on transactional tax across: Domestic and cross-border M&A Partnership tax planning Private equity fund formation work Capital markets and financing transactions This is a senior associate seat with real responsibility and direct deal exposure. Candidate profile Minimum 4 years of law firm experience focused on transactional tax Comfort advising deal teams and business principals, not just drafting memos after the fact Experience across M&A, partnership structures, and sponsor-side work is strongly preferred Bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction Why this role Market position: A top-tier AmLaw platform with consistent national recognition across practice areas and lawyers.
