Senior Associate, Corporate Treasury

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join Corporate Treasury India ALM Modeling team . This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Run and monitor daily Contractual Cash Flow (CCF) processes in QRM
- Perform first-level checks and validations on CCF / FMV outputs
- Support FR 2052a liquidity reporting by ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery
- Investigate and help remediate data or process issues across QRM, ALMIS, and Axiom
- Execute change testing, UAT, and regression testing for model or data changes
- Maintain run logs, SOPs, control evidence, and documentation
- Coordinate with senior team members, IT, and downstream reporting teams
- Model Usage, Testing & Controls
- Support the use of approved models, executing runs in line with documented conditions
- Assist with change testing, UAT, and regression testing for model, assumption, or data updates
- Perform output comparisons, reasonability checks, and variance analysis
- Support model performance monitoring by comparing outcomes against defined thresholds
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- 2–3 years of experience in ALM, Treasury, Risk, or Regulatory Reporting operations (preferred)
- Understanding of cash flows, liquidity risk, or balance sheet concepts
- Exposure to QRM, ALMIS, Axiom, or similar treasury/risk platforms (preferred)
- Strong Excel skills; exposure to Python, SQL, SAS, or R is a plus
- Experience in BAU operations, reconciliations, or control processes

- Comfortable working in BAU operational environments with daily deadlines.
- Willingness to learn complex systems and regulatory processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain issues clearly to senior team members.
- Organized, methodical, and able to follow structured processes and controls.
