Ankura’s Turnaround and Restructuring (T&R) team in Sydney focuses on transaction advisory, restructuring and insolvency services for clients. Our clients include mid to large corporates and capital providers. The Australian T&R practice was launched end of 2019, and we have ambitious plans to grow.
This position supports the Turnaround and Restructuring practice - one of seven practices focused on client delivery services across the Firm.
Responsibilities
+ Work on delivery of a range of advisory engagements – restructuring and debt advisory (both lender and company side), strategic advice, M&A, special situations transactions and safe harbour under the guidance of a senior team member.
