Position:

Senior Associate, Vice President and/or Director

Location: Paris, France 

Compensation: Competitive salary + bonus

Opportunity:

  • You will work on broad range of deal types including M&A, LBOs, fundraisings, etc 

  • Pan-European clients and transactions

  • Exposure to highly innovative and transformative growth companies and to the leading Software focused private equity sponsors in Europe. 

  • The Software & Fintech team has an unparalleled track record having closed 36 transactions over the past 36 months, 72% of these involved European PE sponsors

  • Exposure to cross-border deals with our international teams (Munich, London, Stockholm, Oslo & New York)

  • Executing transactions including the leading and management of the deal execution process

  • Building origination and business development skills

  • Management and training of more junior team members

  • Supporting senior bankers and contributing to the overall development of the team and franchise.

    • Requirements:

  • Between 4 - 8 years’ previous investment banking experience from an investment bank, boutique or Big 4 transaction services or M&A team

  • Deal experience in Tech or TMT would be a plus

  • Interest in tech, innovation, growth, etc. 

  • As a VP, capable of leading a deal team

  • Outstanding academic track record

  • Fluent in English and French

  • Exceptional analytical and financial skills

  • Self-starter and motivated to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial team

  • Strong team player with good team building and development skills.
