Senior Associate (Workplace Relations/Employment Law)

Hart & Co Lawyers is a boutique, employer-side firm dedicated to providing a premium experience for businesses across Australia. We work with businesses of all sizes, from listed multinationals doing business in Australia to SMEs. Currently, our team consists of Roxanne Hart (Accredited Specialist in Workplace Relations Law) and one Senior Associate. The Role

You will be a key player in the firm, handling complex employment matters for a diverse range of Australian businesses.

Location: 100% Remote. You can be based anywhere in Australia.

Commitment: Minimum 4 days per week, full-time preferred

The Work: High-level employer-side advisory, litigation, and strategic workplace relations. Ideally you will have experience in WHS, workers compensation and litigation.
