Job Description
- Responsible for end-to-end deal execution for multiple transactions across sectors
- To be actively involved at every stage of the transaction, leading the transaction until it gets closed (client visits, meetings, collateral preparation, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, due-diligence, transaction closure agreements)
- Taking lead in industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches, client interface
- Having good grasp on latest sector trends and offerings in the market
- Proficiency in developing financial model, information memorandums, valuations & valuation scenarios
- Assisting in identification of business opportunities & associated business development initiatives
- Managing client relationships along with the manager
