Senior Audit

I am working with a very well-known CPA firm in Des Moines to bring them their next Senior Audit. They are known for customer service, diverse clientele, and the outstanding culture at their firm.  The ideal candidate will have 4+ years external audit experience with a public firm, including leading engagement teams, currently holds a CPA or in process of obtaining, able to review past and present work, make needed corrections or recommendations, and is able to research complex audit issues.  We are seeking someone who is hands on with their team and also their clients.  A very generous compensation plan and a handsome benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
